I love to cook and always have but if I’m honest, laziness keeps me from being an Iron Chef for Grace every night. Well, part of my year of focus is to combat those desires to be lazy and just get up and do the things I really like. That for me includes trying new and healthy recipes, so I can extend my go-to meals past baked chicken and spaghetti, Lol.
I bought some new cookbooks and I’m sharing one of the recipes I’ve mastered from Chrissy Teigen’s cookbook, Cravings: Recipes For All The Food You Want to Eat.
There aren’t too many “healthy” recipes in this book but this salad is one of them and I love it so much I had to share!
